Building habits is key. Consistency is KING !

Best thing for me is to not think about what I have to do. Just Start, that is the hardest part.

No time is ever perfect, I can be tired or hungry or not in the mood, when its time to work. There is no excuse. Its hard but the payoff is Big.

100 Five pump Burpees
100 x 5 = 500 push-ups

keep track by sets of 5 burpees

PU - 5 5 5 5
PU - 5 5 5 5
UD - 5 5 5 5
PU - 5 5 5 5
PU - 5 5 5 5
(PU) Push-ups
(UD) Up Downs
Cross out as I go.

Change doesn't happen overnight.
