INSTANT KARMA: Man Steals Flag From Girl and Snaps His Ankle

An Ottawa man (likely drunk) stole a 13 year-old's Canadian flag, steals her father's gloves, drops them in a puddle, and attacks her father. Both men fall to the ground and in the process, the instigator snaps his right ankle. Justice served.
