Lousy customer service taken to new level

12881 02 7209991 4939 That is my customer service number on my receipt. I had a lousy customer service experience at a new Family Dollar. Incredibly, the site that they give to leave a survey is bogus, and also the email address that they gave to complain about the bogus survey address is bogus too. I could have waded through a phone tree for 20 minutes or done a video. I chose the video.
