Cedar Tea

Hello friends. This is a short video on the how to make Cedar tea, really helpful if you live in the PNW. Best tea you drink when you're sick and taste like Christmas! Some have said you can drink the oil, others have said not to. Out of an abundance of caution I personally remove the oil and it still works.

Additional note: If you are prone to throat infections learn about "Oil of Oregano" NOT Oregano essential oil. This oil mixed in water and sipped throughout the day has done wonders for sore throats.
