This car came to me specifically to get Ceramic Coated. After being told that it was just recently resprayed, I told the customer that I'd have to go through the paint and see whether or not it needed a polishing before hand. After going through, yes it would indeed benefit immensely from a single step Polish at the very least, customer approved of it, and we got STARTED!

Flat white can be suuuuuch a pain, but now that I have my new Scangrip light, it made finding the swirls a breeze. And because it was Toyota paint, it was softer than the usual German cars I get. which meant it would accept a One Step Polish way better than most. Because of this, we used a yellow polishing pad and some Sonax Perfect Finish to get the job done!

As you saw in the video, we also tried out a new Ceramic Coating. Drexler Ceramic Coating. I was skeptical at first, but after some research and now using it myself, I actually really enjoy it. It is a solid coating, and definitely one I'd at least recommend to people who are just starting to get into DIY Ceramics. It's a fairly simple process, clean, and easy. Just remember to throw away your microfiber towels after using it.
