Confronting a narcissist or psychopath with a laundry list of objections is NOT standing up to them, it is vomit.

In this video will describe what makes someone hold in all the "NO" that they wanted to tell the narcissist and psychopath and how releasing all the accumulated "NO" is not confronting a narcissist or psychopath when in reality it just strengthens the dominion the narcissist or psychopath has over you.
