The Renault R35,(Char léger Modèle 1935 R) was a French light infantry tank during WWII.

It was developed in 1933 as an infantry support light tank and would have had a great 37 mm gun and wel it was well-armoured for it's time.
By 1940 and during the Battle of France it pretty much was lacking in the anti-tank roll and was to slow.

The R35 would be produced from 1936,until 1940 and would be used by the Germans after 1940.
