VA ACLU Seeks to Stop Optional Masks, Claims Forcing Kids to Wear Them Doesn’t Violate Civil Rights

The ACLU of Virginia is actually arguing for forced masking of children in schools to continue in the state. They are arguing that doing so doesn’t violate their rights or the rights of their parents to decide what is best for their children. The reason why they are doing this is because they are claiming not forcing mask wearing for all children somehow violates the rights of two students in the state who are immunocompromised. They are arguing that under the Americans with Disabilities Act making every student in the state wear a mask falls under its reasonable accommodations requirements with the two it is representing.

In this video we take a look at the ACLU showing they are no longer about protecting civil liberties with the mental gymnastics they are using to infringe on the majority in the name of a minority.
