I cover a few wines from Australia to use today to celebrate Australia Day (January 26th).

I grew up in the Hunter Valley with world class Semillon wine and introduce one of them and give a sample food pairing. I then move to South Australia and point out a few good wines.

I Love GSM wine - the Holy Trinity - Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. I show a bottle of GSM that is inexpensive but delicious as well as some Shiraz of course.
