My lunch work out, Under 30 minutes is my goal.

I am not, and don't claim to be a professional anything.
sharing my journey, bettering myself. if I can give anyone any motivation to just start to better yourself that's what its all about to lift each other up.

I know my form isn't perfect and my push-ups aren't perfect but I'm always looking to improve always trying to do better.

100 Five pump Burpees
100 x 5 = 500 push-ups

keep track by sets of 5 burpees

PU - 5 5 5 5
PU - 5 5 5 5
UD - 5 5 5 5
PU - 5 5 5 5
PU - 5 5 5 5
(PU) Push-ups
(UD) Up Downs
Cross out as I go.

Change doesn't happen overnight.
