No Oxygen Push Up Challenge (Wim Hof Push Ups)

The Wim Hof Method has helped me tremendously and today I tried Wim's Push Up Challenge. This challenge is supposed to set your nervous system back on the right track, and after doing it I felt much better! Wim Hof has helped me so much I am inclined to believe that this really does have beneficial effects past what I initially perceive. Try it out for yourself and I hope it helps you!
