Egg And Bagel Cooked On Portable Pizza Oven
Place sliced bagel on pizza oven with an egg in a tart pan. Cooking spray oil was used to coat tart pan. The egg bottom cooked nicely without getting browned. Toast bagel on dual heat for 5 minutes. Remove bagel to add your topping. Continue to cook egg for additional 3-5 minutes, still with dual heat. Total 8-10 minutes for over medium- hard egg. If you are just toasting bread or bagels, you can use a tong to manually slide bread under the burner to toast faster. If you only put a couple or few mixed food items on the pizza pan, you’ll want to spread them out until the pan is more balanced for pan to rotate better. Use a tong to reposition/slide food items around for faster or consistent browning. Don’t slide tart pans, they can scratch pizza pan finish. Carefully test your tongs if you want to pick up little tart pans to reposition. The pizza pan gets hot.
