Security Footage Neighbors Tree Trimmers Fall Large Limbs On My Property

Neighbors tree trimmers cut 2 large limbs off the neighbor's dead tree and smashed a fence on my property. Cost about $750 to fix all my fence damage. Landscaping/concrete work had to be temporarily stopped on my property due to unsafe operations from tree trimmers.
