BOB'S BALLS GET BLASTED THE JKD WAY !!!

When training with the Century Martial Arts training dummy "BOB" we decided to modify Bob by adding a GROIN AREA with two (2) Mook Jong ( wooden dummy) pads that we acquired from a well known martial arts supply store in Arlington, Texas, known as Lang Son Traders. This allows students to strike the groin area without injuring themselves when striking hard.
