Pfizer quietly adds warning that 'unfavorable pre-clinical, clinical or safety data' may impact biz

The following text was already available in Pfizer's third quarter 2021 quarterly report in the section 'business risks':

"the possibility of unfavorable new pre-clinical, clinical or safety data and further analyses of existing pre-clinical, clinical or safety data"

In their fourth quarter 2021 quarterly report, they appended the following (see p. 22):

"... or further information regarding the quality of pre-clinical, clinical or safety data, including by audit or inspection"

Pfizer also mentions, "concerns about clinical data integrity". 🤔

Why did Pfizer recently add that? It's likely related to the fact that Pfizer (together with their second 'marketing department' and partner in crime also known as FDA) previously thought/hoped they could get away with releasing the data over a period of 75 years.

Recently a judge ruled that they have to release it all over a period of 'only' 8 months at a rate of 55 000 pages per month. Pfizer tried to appeal this verdict, but they seem to have lost.

Remember, Pfizer (and the FDA) know all the data. The general public don't. Pfizer knows the data are bad, else they wouldn't have fought tooth and nail to keep it hidden from public scrutiny. Instead, they would've made all the data public, leading to a huge boost in confidence.

Within the foreseeable future, the public will have the opportunity to know what Pfizer knew many months ago. It will almost certainly be very detrimental for Pfizer.
