Even globally, wildlife crime ranks fourth, after drug crimes, weapons and human trafficking.

If we agree that the current pandemic stems from wildlife crime activities, then this ranking must be re-ratified.

The impacts and losses due to the pandemic are now being felt all over the world. Not only the health crisis, the economic crisis is also threatening.

Then, is buying and selling wild animals a profitable business prospect, if in the end we have to pay dearly for disease outbreaks?
