Chilean Sea Bass vs Mediterranean Sea Bass

We compared mediterranean sea bass and chilean sea bass. Both were frozen from Costco. I liked the chilean sea bass more, it was more juicy. My wife liked the Mediterranean sea bass more, she said it was more flavorful and less fatty.
