Drifting first into a near sleep state of relaxation, your mind opens with the help of this guided meditation. Through listening and observing your mind and body you will enter into a lucid dream. Dreaming of floating almost in sleep, your perception of things will be of awareness and also as a passenger. The lucid dream will be one of seeing what is going on, hearing what needs to be heard, feeling with touch to be in the dream. The overall feel of the dream even down to emotion will be remembered. As you finish lucid dreaming you will go into a deep sleep of refreshment, positivity and peace. Use this guided meditation to induce the state of awareness as you drift off, staying as still as you can throughout.
