Fire Your Bottom 10 Lawn Clients?

I've heard several times that companies will fire their bottom 10 clients. The reason is that if you get rid of the bad ones, or the ones that are only interested in 1 service, you free your lawn care business to attract better clients. Clients that will be a better fit because they want more than just mowing.

I am most likely going to do this myself. And the fact that I just completed a bid for a potential new client that is interested in many other services, that's a better fit for Lawn Care Ninja. We had amazing growth in 2021. We can only keep that going by dropping the 1 service clients and picking up clients that will make us the most money by having multiple services done throughout the year.
