The Ecstacy that arises after a Dry Fast

Dry Fasting is the ultimate Fast. It consists of subjecting oneself to a short period of time with no food and no water. No liquids at all.

However in that brief time dramatic changes may occur in the body.
In fact an ecstatic state often arises after an intense fast.

It is best to perform short dry fasts on a regular basis.

Train yourself with 24 hr fasts before going further.
