This 15 Minutes of Aerobic Fitness class concludes our 5 day Cancer Wellness 15-20 min exercise series. This is a low impact aerobic class designed for recovering survivors who have been cleared to exercise. The class will get your heart rate going to help strengthen the heart and the muscles throughout your body - easing you back into fitness. Depending on where you are at in your journey, you can choose the intensity and the pace of the class; you can even do the class sitting or standing. Choose what’s best for you that is also fun for you.
