You cant make this up!! Who would have thought that the Acting Police Chief in Ottowa Canada is a World Economic Forum operative!! A former United Nations police member, consultant to Deloitte a WEF partner. He left the Toronto police in 2016, did the WEF and Deloitte consulting work and was then appointed the Police Chief in Ottawa. Talk about COINCIDENCE THEORY !!
