BIDEN BETRAYS HIS CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY TO PROTECT ARIZONA FROM INVASION

Biden is guilty of treason.

Giving aid to invading enemies is treason.

Article I, Section 10 (“State Self- Defense Clause”) of the U. S. Constitution says:

“No State shall, … engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

Mexican Cartels are actually and continuously violating the sovereignty of Arizona by smuggling record amounts of Chinese Fentanyl and other illegal drugs into Arizona.

These drugs are killing tens of thousands of citizens.

They are Smuggling illegal aliens, in the millions, into Arizona and other border states. Many of which are violent.

All in violation of U. S. and Arizona law.

And all with the blessing and assistance of the Biden administration and the U. S. federal government.

Article IV, Section 4 (“Invasion Clause”) of the U. S. Constitution says:

“The United States shall protect each of them [the states] against Invasion ….”

But, if Biden and his deviant crew will not protect Arizona and the other states on the southern border these states have the right to protect themselves against an invasion.

Certainly, Biden has violated his oath of office and obligation to defend America and the U. S. Constitution.

Biden is guilty of treason.

He must be impeached for this.
