AS YOU GROW | Break Free | Week 7

Key Scripture: John 8:31-36

Engage: What is one area in your life that you have experienced growth?

Discussion:
1. What does Delilah represent in our lives?
2. Why is it important to stop flirting with Delilah?
3. It’s not enough to just rebuke the Devil, what must we also do?
4. After separation and discipline, why is it important to increase fire - God’s presence, in our life?
5. How does growth create freedom in our lives?

Prayer:
1. Lord reveal to me the Delilahs in my life that are causing me to slip and sin. Give me the grace to walk away and create separation from that which tempts me.
2. Create in me a resilient spirit, a disciplined mind that will not only rebuke the Devil but resist him.
3. Lord, increase the fire in my life, increase your presence that any viper that is hiding in my life will be exposed.
4. Lord, as I grow with you teach me to walk in your word and that anything that binds me will break off of me; amen!
