Our mom was taking 500mg of reduced glutathione twice a day for the first 2 years (the aSquared brand); now on 500mg daily for protection and immune boosting.

Younger and heavier set members took between 1000mg and 2000mg daily because of more severe poisoning build-up in the body. One person did an IV glutathione treatment as well. After detox, a daily dose of 500mg is a standard adult dose for viral protection and immune boosting.
