Man, I was not feeling strong at all today. Ques felt off, unracking game was really off, etc. However, my MIND wanted to excel. Despite everything, having 110 percent confidence makes all of the difference. The hardest part was just unracking the bar, but the rep itself went just fine. I just realized that you can't quite see all of the weight on the bar, particularly the 2.5 Kg plate at the end. That is unfortunate. I AIN'T NO LIAR, THOUGH. 120 Kgs MINIMUM is coming this year 🤟🏻.
