Chang Gwan is a Northern Shaolin Chuan Fa form called "Long Fist." It is related to another form in this compilation known as "Short Fist" (Tang Gwan). This form is technically a 2-man form. One side of the form can be performed solo by 1 person. This video illustrates the single person, solo version of the form.
