Interim Conservative leader Candice Bergen says countries with lower vaccination rates than Canada have reopened. She asks PM Trudeau if he'll only end the mandates and reopen the country if 100% of Canadians are vaccinated.

Trudeau responds and says vaccines will help lift restrictions.
