Chatham County, Georgia Republican Residents have been fighting for candidacy and voting rights at the local party level for over a year to no avail. They are in active petition for the substance of a relief order and reduction / elimination of power regarding the current Chatham County Republican Party executive Board leadership with the following involved: Leonard Massey, Lawton (Carl) Smith, Ayeda Shihadeh, Carri Johnson, Melynda Loomis and Michael Richey. This committee is accountable under Georgia Election Code, and all names are filed with the county Board of Elections. (Note: Ayeda Shihadeh is on file as Ayeda ‘Ali’ which is a non-legal last name).

Petitioners requested relief on Aug 20, 2021 from the State Committee of the Georgia Republican Party after an observed grievously invalid election on July 22 at the Greek Orthodox Church in Savannah —- over 200 days ago.

Poor leadership and lack of voting integrity at the local level must be addressed and rectified.

Petitioners and Chatham County Republican Party Executives were called to present the evidence they submitted per initial state party notice on Dec 16, additional supporting materials by Jan 11, and testimony on Feb 9, per party notices.

However, a member of the Committee on Appeals repeatedly warned the petitioners not to use the following words: evidence, cheat, corrupt, violation, and to not articulate logical observations of primary source & eyewitness duty violations of party officers saying also that such language could be ‘actionable.’ Is the political party threatening to sue their own members for providing testimony of their first-hand experiences within their org / nonprofit corp? What violation is that?

The ‘banned word list’ seemed to constantly grow during the call. A petitioner was also interrupted multiple times when highlighting state officer duty observations, as if to suppress the testimony. Because of the observed badgering by Travis Bowden regarding issues of which Chairman White was well aware and other noted officer actions, the individual did not complete her statements.

Was Bowden on specific task from Chairman Shafer or his good friend Trey Kelly from Fulton County, who could not accept the legitimate win of Susan Opraseuth on April 17 after delegates suffered for over nine hours with correcting the poker chip voting fraud from election 1?

Committee lost their mind when petitioners began stating party state officer observed violations and appeal thwarting noted during the long process of appealing damages to their county representative system.

This is a FULLY UNEDITED transparent recording of Testimony & Evidence of GOP Cheating pursuant to a preliminary hearing allowance of party Rule 6.3. All Chatham officers in the hearing remain unrepentant and stalwart in the defense of their actions.

Procedure discussed is GA Code § 21-2-112, “Hearings Before State Committee…”
