How to Strengthen Your Shoulder for Disc Golf

More times than I can count I hear a disc golfer complaining about a shoulder injury or soreness during and/org after a round. Shoulder pain is a big reason disc golfers take time away from the sport. Most people just rest their shoulder and hope it gets better. I have a few exercises here that will help to prevent shoulder soreness; that will help prevent shoulder injury. With these exercises you can perform at your peak for longer and with less pain than your competitors. These exercises can give you that little extra distance and accuracy at the end of your round to help you perform at your peak.
