How we react, or respond, to our thoughts and the emotions behind them can determine if we can move beyond them or continue to circle the drain.

In this video, we will talk about the three areas that we can find ourselves in regarding our negative thoughts and the emotions that go along with them. We will also discuss the patterns we can find ourselves stuck in when we don't deal with these negative and intrusive thoughts.

Sometimes, we don't know WHAT we're feeling, or WHY we're feeling it. There are also those occasions when we don't even ALLOW ourselves to feel the feelings attached to our thoughts.
