Fire can purify all kinds of substances and sometimes you find even yourself either jumping into the fire or at least running through it to get out of hell or something approximating that so that's where we are today between the Ohio Players and Harry Nilsson regarding what can happen either way. Or as Winston Churchill put it once, "If you're going through hell, keep going." You may be very pleasantly surprised as to what is waiting for you on the other side...

Segue City will be a recurring short-form programming element of "The Big Kahuna" - one of GET's developmental Internet Radio formats created by Dain Schult. It will also be expanded as a part of that format and finally evolve into a full, long-form programming element on its own. It’s all a part of GET’s radio division – American Internet & Radio (“AIR”).

The feature will be available for integration into other AIR Classic Rock terrestrial stations in the future as well. It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
