Consider yourself lucky. Most women start to experience what you are, in their late 30's and early 40's. Your genetics allowed you to push back the effects of the wall until now. The wall comes for everyone. You are now realizing it at age 50 +. A woman's looks is everything now days. I hate to break it to you, but humans are not immortal. Father time catches everyone. If you want to turn yourself into a plastic Barbie doll be my guest. Lastly, have you ever heard the saying men age like wine and women age like milk. You said you want to age gracefully, but that is not going to happen.
