Covering Amazon’s ‘Wheel of Time’ as an early critic of the intersectional, hackneyed deconstruction of Robert Jordan’s works by showrunner Rafe Judkins saw me repeatedly expressing concern for what was going to occur with their (often reported troubled) Tolkien series.
