9FEB22 Officer arrests young lady at Board of education meeting

Originally this young lady was denied entry to the board of education meeting because she didn't have a mask, despite having a doctors note. Later on the officer told the three of us in the lobby to keep it down. The young lady politely said no. The officer then aggressively comes toward her and tells her to get out. She says no. He throws her to the ground and arrests her. Calls for backup. Backup was there in seconds. Actual arrest was because she said no for not keeping it down despite my comment on the video that she was arrested for not wearing a mask. (There were just 3 of us in the lobby talking, no yelling or screaming). This is in Cecil County Maryland. Not Russia, not China or Iran.
