2005 GMC PPE Stage 4 Cold Start and 0-60!

2005 LLY Duramax PPE stage 4 tune 4X4 Boosted Launch. I had to let off at the beginning because all 4 tires broke loose and the truck got really squirrelly. I will do another 0-60 on some better tires and better asphalt.
Also, I think the torque converter is slipping because it is the stock single disc.
