Welcome to the first of many visual diaries/asmr/silent vlogs. I'm in a time of my life where I'm trying to be more in the moment and introspective, and I tend to find words a bit unnecessary during these phases. Today I'm taking you through my Sunday routine that helps me start the week off right. I clean and organize to refresh my space and bring some mental clarity. I make a nice breakfast and then go about my day with some exercise, playing my Handpan, finishing work, filming, editing, and more.
