Did the CDC just engage in its own "misinformation"?

The CDC openly admits the mRNA vaccines are causing myocarditis and suggest spreading out the booster doses the help decrease the rates of myocarditis. Notice they claim this change in vaccine regimen will LOWER the rates of myocarditis, not STOP them.

What's going on here? Wasn't it just like yesterday that people were censored and called mass murderers for engaging in harmful misinformation that included claims of myocarditis? And now the CDC is openly acknowledging this little detail as if it's been assumed all along?
