LA Board of Supervisors Ignore Overwhelming Opposition in Their Pursuit of 100% Compliance

The Vote to take enforcement of the County's Mandate away from Departments Heads (including Sheriff Villanueva) and give it to the county's Director of Personnel was 4-0 (Barger abstained) in favor, despite overwhelming opposition. See the 262 pages of public comment in the link below:

Only 12 pages have comments purported to be in "favor", though most of those are actually opposed. There is another 250 pages of opposition.
