In this light-hearted video I'll take you along as my wife, Dawn, and I spend a couple hours enjoying the beach in Florida. We get a special treat at the beginning of our well needed rest and relaxation, then we meet a new friend at the beach.

It is good to take some time away from work regularly so you don't get worn down or burned out. This time we spent at the beach was a much-needed escape for a few hours. I hope you have your own way to taking a break now and then so you don't get overwhelmed.
