Hey Friends! For dinner I made Pork carnitas and Mexican rice. They were so delicious! My family really enjoyed them. Unfortunately I did forget to take a picture of it all plated 😕 I also made some box brownies and added cherry pie filling to the top before baking. Super easy and delicious dessert.
