Chinese Heater with small gauge power cord over-heated. Could have burned down the house! Safety advisor discusses poorly made unsafe heaters and Christmas lighting. These made in China heaters can be fine but some (like this Duraflame Heater) can be fire hazards. Watch how quickly a Christmas tree can start a house fire
