Peru is a nation not often talked about but at the very heart of South America. When I got the chance to talk to someone on the inside of the nation I decided to jump on the opportunity. Is Peru just another Spanish colony or is there something different about it? Is the whole region dead politically now that the Cold War is over? Could Pero be sowing the seeds of a new ideology?
