Only Stage 1 as 100% chance to drop unit True Form. The others have non-guaranteed. So you want to use Treasure Radar to get them. So is any of them are worth the Radar? Nope. The change is miniscule and barely changes them. They are all still useless. For reference, this is all of their change:
- Gold Soldier: Improve Berserker Boost from 1.5x DMG to 2.5x DMG
- Horse Rider: Gain 10 speed movement
- Axe Warrior: 5% more chance to KB
- UFO Thing: 20 extra range
- Dragon Rider: DMG x2
- Cat Girl: 5% more chance to freeze
- Cyclops: 10 extra range
- Golem: 10% more chance to slow
