ARCHIVAL NOTE: This sub-episode contains an excerpt from WCWIT Ep.11: "What Killed DC Universe? Part 3.

ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:
The DC Universe streaming service is no more. What went wrong? What was DC Universe missing? In this excerpt from Part 3 of "What Killed DC Universe?" Moonjumper examines two classic live-action series from the 1970s: "Shazam!" and "The Secrets of Isis," both produced by Filmation in cooperation with DC Comics, and aired together as part of "The Shazam!/Isis Hour" on CBS Saturday Mornings. To its credit, DC Universe did feature the classic "Shazam!" However, conspicuously absent was Shazam's sister series, "Isis"--despite the character regularly crossing over with Shazam, as well as being a main character in today's Arrowverse (albeit while avoiding using the 50-year legacy character's actual name, Isis). Is that the reason WarnerMedia snubbed this classic series which created the character?--her name? Join Moonjumper as he examines "Shazam!" and "Isis."
