Former Speaker of the US House of Representatives Newt Gingrich says the Canadian government has "reacted like a dictatorship" when it comes to the ‘Freedom Convoy’, which remains in downtown Ottawa.

Truckers have vowed they will not leave until the federal government lifts some COVID-19 restrictions, despite police beginning to crackdown on protesters.
