Spirits in a Marathon

Christianity is a spiritual marathon. Christians do not run a sprint. We don't know how long our individual race is. Will we live 60 years, 70, 80, 103, we just don't know, and so we focus on heaven, day by day, until our last day.

Revelation 2:10 tells us to be faithful unto death. That's the idea. That is the spiritual marathon. But the joy of spiritual victory is worth ever ounce of effort. So, keep praying, studying your bible, and meditating, and one day, we may meet in heaven.
