MSI x570 gaming pro carbon Motherboard Starts only after Reset

MSI x570 gaming pro carbon motherboard issue, where computer will not start after pressing power button, it just runs fans on full and shows Processor Error light.
Computer starts only after reset button is pressed in this error state.
