Polaris Outlaw Petcock Repair Part 2 Reassembly Zombie Apocalypse Style Repair

In this Part 2 video I fix the polaris outlaw 525 gas tank. I pretty much completely destroyed trying to repair the tank. I dont really think you should repair your tank like this BUT..... if you have to this repair this video will do the trick. Everything I used is in the links below. Good luck and hopefully your petcock bolts come out. If it doesn't just cut your petock out, pull the brass inserts out with a heat gun carefully and retap the plastic when its cool and install metal inserts and reinstall petcock exactly like i did step by step in the video.
