People were not expecting fuel for free but that is what they got... made possible by donations. This is the day before the police stole the fuel that was being used to keep the families with kids warm at night in the -25c temps... SHAME ON YOU TRUDOPE!!! YOU ARE A RAT AND A SKUNK!!!
